Travelling Abroad
Funding may be sought for direct expenses with respect to travel, lodging and any transport of works in connection with solo and group exhibitions at art museums and other exhibition sites abroad.
A prerequisite for attaining funding is that, at the time of application, the relevant museum/exhibition site has entered into an agreement with respect to the exhibition.
With respect to major exhibits – for example, biennials and suchlike, it is presumed that the exhibit organizer/art museum will apply for travel and accommodation expenses for the relevant artist(s).
